Arsius Bordeaux red

Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Vinification: Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats after selection of the harvest. The conduct of the vinification optimizes the extraction of tannins while preserving the fruitiness and allows the elegance and finesse of the grape varieties to be expressed. Organoleptic description: This wine presents a beautiful robe, deep, intense red on the fruit (Blackcurrant, Gooseberry, Raspberry...). A supple, fresh Bordeaux that seduces with its crunchy fruitiness and melted tannins. A pleasant cuvée to drink now. Gourmet pairings: This wine goes perfectly with red and white meats, grilled or roasted. It will be perfect served at room temperature (16° - 18°) but can also be enjoyed slightly cooler in summer.
