Origins: From organic farming, Sauv'Terre invites us to rediscover its emblematic grape varieties in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. This cuvée has its roots in the historic town of Sauveterre de Guyenne. Our winegrowers work hand in hand to preserve biodiversity and pollinators, enhance the landscape and establish a balance between wine-growing environments and the natural spaces that surround them. Grapes: Sauvignon and Semillon In the vineyard and in the cellar: Our technicians support the winegrowers on the estate on a daily basis in order to produce grapes that are perfectly suited to the profile of our Bordeaux Blanc Sauv’Terre Bio. Organoleptic description: On the palate, the sweetness of the floral notes and the aromas of vine peach and mango make Sauv'Terre Bio a fine and elegant wine. Gourmet pairings: With a sea salad or a salmon carpaccio.
