Grapes: Merlot In the vineyard and in the cellar: Our technicians support the winegrowers on the estate on a daily basis in order to produce grapes that are perfectly adapted to the profile of our Mallette Rouge. The grape varieties are carefully blended by our oenologists and then vinified in the traditional way. Organoleptic description: The purple color with cherry tones is lively with beautiful shiny reflections.
