🍷 A fruity and balanced wine, with aromas of red fruits and spicy and smoky notes. 🐝 For each bottle sold, we donate 12 euro cents to a beekeeper in Hérault. This cuvée finances two hives. - Tasting notes: A robe of deep garnet color. An expressive nose that hints at lovely spicy, smoky and small red fruit (burlat cherry) aromas. The mouth is harmonious with a beautiful substance and well balanced. The finish is fresh. A juicy and crunchy wine to share! - Winegrower: Co-created with the La Dourbie estate - Appellation: IGP Pays d’Hérault - Grape variety: Carignan 50%, Cinsault 20%, Syrah 15%, Grenache 15% - Alcoholic strength: 12.5° - Serving temperature: 13-14°C - Aging potential: 2 to 3 years - Harvest: manual, manual sorting of the grapes on the table - Terroir: Vineyard surrounding the buildings and bordered by the Hérault and the Dourbie.
