🍷 This rosé has a fresh and gourmet mouth, with notes of red, black and stone fruits. 🐝 For each bottle sold, we donate 12 euro cents to a beekeeper in Hérault. This cuvée finances a beehive. - Tasting notes: A peach pink color. A nose of red and black fruits. A round, rich and balanced mouth with notes of red fruits (raspberry) and stone fruits (peach). A gourmet finish with a tangy touch. - Winegrower: Co-created with the La Dourbie estate. - Appellation: IGP Pays d’Hérault - Grape variety: Cinsault 50%, Syrah 50% - Alcoholic strength: 13° - Service temperature: 10°C - Aging potential: 1 to 2 years - Harvest: manual, manual sorting of the grapes on the table - Terroir: Vineyard surrounding the buildings and bordered by the Hérault and the Dourbie.
