What is a DDH IPA Session? - IPA: With more hops, an “India Pale Ale” is more aromatic and bitter than a Classic Pale. - DDH: In the same way, “Double Dry Hopping” or raw hopping consists of adding hops, cold, after the course of the first fermentation to reinforce the bitterness and aromatization of the beer. - Session: Less alcoholic than a "DDH IPA" style beer which should rather be between 6 and 7 degrees of alcohol.
