Arsius Between Two Seas

The Entre-Deux-Mers vineyard: Our Arsius comes from the Entre-Deux-Mers region. The vineyard is located about 80 km south-east of the city of Bordeaux and is one of the largest wine-growing areas in Bordeaux. The territory is delimited to the south by the Garonne and to the north by the Dordogne and constitutes an exceptional terroir ideal for the cultivation of the vine. Vinification: After a selection of plots, the grapes are harvested early in the morning. Our Cellar Master will carry out a pellicular maceration, then a settling and finally a fermentation at low temperature. Aging on fine lees will complete the vinification work centered on the expression of freshness and aromatic intensity. Grapes: Sauvignon, Semillon and Muscadelle Tasting: A very pale yellow wine with green reflections, with an intense nose, very expressive and full of finesse, with floral notes of broom and citrus. Balanced in the mouth with a nice substance, aromas of exotic fruits, it ends with a tangy finish.
