The Farm Pork – Label Rouge farms are all located in the South-West of France. The combination of the Farm Pork and Label Rouge labels is a guarantee of quality and taste. Outdoor breeding for 200 to 230 days, combined with a traditional cereal-based diet (without additives or antibiotics) allows greater physical activity of the animals and the production of superior quality hams. They are then salted one by one and by hand with Salies-de-Béarn salt and dried in our cellars in the heart of the Bayonne IGP Jambon geographical area. (Protected Geographical Indication). Ingredients: Ham from South-West farm pork, salt from Salies-de-Béarn. On the ski slopes, by the sea or for a weekend in the countryside, it's always better with good ham!
