Gin Alpha Spirit Stardust 3.1 - Aged in Cognac barrels - 70cl 41%/Vol – 181 Bottles

Our most fun product line. With our Yellow Gins, our goal is to offer a truly extraordinary experience. Tastefully it is a special experience! For this experiment, the Alpha Spirit Stardust #3.1, we aged our Navy Strength (57% Gin) for 2 months in two 50L barrels that had contained Cognac. We would think we would get our gin modified, but it would really create a different and unique product. The result is a slightly drier and more lively Gin. For the first time we obtain an interesting liveliness. Less round and soft than Stardust #1 and #2, it is very expressive. Pure as a tasting spirit, in Gin Tonic or in your favorite cocktails. Color: Slightly golden, Straw. Nose: Lively, light, a subtle but present violet. the gin is present. Lightly caramelized. Palate: Warm. Lively and ample. The drier texture is closer to a Dry. Slight sweetness. Finish: Long due to the texture, dominant floral, fruity see caramelized. Perfect serve on this gin: Plain/classic Gin Tonic
