Awarded a gold star at the Great Taste Awards 2022. Jury Comments: We really liked the homemade look of these fries, which weren't too uniform. They were very crisp, probably from the thin cut. The chorizo flavor was very present, almost like meat, which we really liked. The spiciness was well balanced and not over the top in any way. We liked the fact that the flavor and heat lingered in the mouth for a while. A good crunch. A tasty crisp with just the right amount of seasoning. Light, with a delicate crunch, this crisp was pleasant to eat. The spiciness of the chorizo really complements the crunch and the flavor of the chorizo really comes through as a meaty flavor. Excellent smoked aftertaste.
