Château Cantenac Madame Selection 2020, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru - 75cl

Château Cantenac “Sélection Madame” is a Merlot Selection. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦Nicole Roskam-Brunot is at the origin. 
She presents it this way: “Cantenac is where my roots, my childhood and my passion are. 
Here is my selection: generosity, know-how and a nod to my father.” 
The vintage has been produced since the 2000 vintage. An idea emerges behind it, it is the beauty of the fruitiness of the great wines, accompanied by a woodiness subdued as one would wear perfume. 
There is also this most pleasant first taste, its fruitiness, then a wine which structures itself over the course of the tasting. 🍷Vintage 2020, Madame Selection: Seductive nose with beautiful aromas of ripe fruit (cherry coulis, blueberry, raspberry, plum), nuanced with a hushed woodiness, youthful floral notes, hint of spice. 
A full mouthfeel, beautiful fruits, then a rather refreshing balance in the heart, revealing fine and fruity tannins.
