Non-alcoholic wine? I'll tell you one thing: It can't taste good - all the aromas are only properly extracted and developed by the alcohol! Well, I haven't tried this one yet. The scent is okay: some apple, peach notes, apricot. Is that quince? Wow, I didn't expect the taste: full-bodied, fine acidity, a hint of citrus... And it really is alcohol-free? Why do we only now have a non-alcoholic wine in our range? There are some non-alcoholic wines, but many of them taste flat and more like juice without sugar than wine. Because it is not that easy to produce a non-alcoholic wine without losing the complex aromas. You not only need the right grape variety, but also a lot of sensitivity. We have brought a competent cooperation partner, Winzerhof Stahl, on board and we think the result is something to behold.
