The Iberico Cular de Bellota Chorizo is the most appreciated, since it is made with the meat of the Iberian acorn-fed and cebo mixed pig. Fed with natural pastures, this piece is aged for about 5-6 months and provides a balanced and prolonged aroma and flavor. TASTING NOTE With an intense flavor due to its particular preparation and curing process, the nuances of the natural spices and paprika used in its recipe are clearly appreciated. PAIRING We recommend pairing the Chorizo Cular de Bellota Segundín with full-bodied young wines, in which the presence of tannins is noticeable, or with a fruity red wine with marked acidity that counteracts the fat of the chorizo.
