TASTING NOTE The Iberico Shoulder Cebo de Campo 50% Segundín is very aromatic and intense on the palate. Juicy meat, on point of salinity and persistent in flavor. Its part of free feeding is noted in soft aroma notes of hazelnut and walnuts. A piece of very good quality, very balanced, capable of making everyone enjoy.
