In its sliced format keep cold between 4º-10º. TASTING NOTE The Bellota Segundín Tenderloin has a firm texture due to its low amount of fat, and a marked aroma. In the mouth, it melts, revealing nuances of paprika and oregano. PAIRING Pair the Lomito de Bellota Segundín with young wines of the Merlot variety or with a fine wine.
