Very creamy on the palate, it is a delicious cheese to pair with white and red wines, as well as nuts and fruits such as grapes or strawberries. A combined board of our goat cheese and acorn-fed sausages is highly recommended at any time or place. TASTING NOTE Sudao Segundín Goat Cheese is made with the best raw goat milk. With a creamy and smooth appearance, it offers a deep and melting flavor in the mouth based on its maturation of 2 to 4 months. PAIRING We recommend pairing the Sudao Segundín Goat Cheese with white wines with fresh, fine flavors or with fruity nuances. They also go well with young or sweet red wines. Dried fruits such as dates, raisins and dried figs provide a nice sweet contrast. If you want to pair with fruit, grapes and strawberries are excellent companions. Between cheese and cheese we recommend a sour apple slice to refresh the palate.
