Gluten-Free COOKIES: The LEMON-COCO galette

These pancakes are made from gluten-free flour (corn, rice), a good dose of coconut and coconut flour without forgetting the lemon to enhance the taste. Our biscuits are made by hand, in our workshop, and guaranteed without additives, without artificial flavors and without preservatives.
