I'm lucky enough to live by the sea & feel so at home when I'm at the beach. My aromatherapy accessories are inspired by the seaside so that you too can feel that relaxed vibe, even if you're in an urban jungle. Self-care is such an important part of being healthy & in our fast-paced lives, we often forget to slow down & just be.
Currently I'm training to be a clinical aromatherapist & I couldn't find the essential oil diffuser products I was looking for, so I set about making them myself! Born out of lockdown 1.0 as many new businesses are, I've come on a huge learning curve and developed my products to a place where I feel so excited to share them with you. Each one has been mindfully & lovingly crafted.
Self-care encourages good mental health & having come out of the other side of post-natal depression myself, I fully understand the importance & relevance this has on our lives. I started off making creations from air-dry clay and sent my bestie a birthday gift to brighten her day. Since then I've moved on to pottery & have thought about every aspect myself from packaging to aroma. There are many strings to my bow & as well as being a mum to two scrumptious little boys, I'm also a qualified reflexologist & an ex-paediatric nurse, so you're in safe hands.
