PEARL RYE
Pearl rye is whole grain, of which the outermost coarse shell is partially polished. Left is the soft core. Pearl rye can be used in a variety of dishes, e.g. in salads, porridge, baked goods and much more. Rinse the pearls and cook them in plenty of lightly salted water for 15-20 min. Our rye comes from Danish farmers. Rye is available in excellent quality in Denmark, as the Danish climate is well suited for growing it.
