Discovered during a particularly lucky round at the criée in Marrakech, this Boujad rug drew me in with its layered colors and free-flowing patterns. A dreamlike mix of movement, rhythm, and texture. Hand-knotted in soft, high-quality wool by Berber women of the Boujad region, this piece features warm ochres, burnt sienna, forest green, soft blush, charcoal, and pops of fuchsia and tangerine — all dancing across a creamy beige base.
