100% strawberry, organic

This pure fruit powder is produced by freeze drying. This is a complex process in which the water is removed from the fruit. The result is a fruit that retains many valuable ingredients but is as light as a feather. Our fruit powder is therefore made from 100% fruit without any additives. To prevent clumping, we fill the powder in a special aroma bag, which is in the can.
