We have finally achieved organic certification with our partners in Sumatra! Therefore we can now offer you the wild Andaliman pepper in organic quality. The trees and shrubs are tracked down by our on-site specialists and the small panicles with the seed capsules and the stems are painstakingly harvested by hand. The entire panicle delivers an exciting complexity of different citrus aromas. Typical of Szechuan pepper varieties is the slight tingling sensation that they leave on the tongue.
