Chimichurri, organic

Chimichurri is a spicy, green, unique parsley sauce from South American cuisine. Especially in Argentina and Uruguay, it is highly valued at a festive asado as a finish on grilled beef steak or crispy lamb ribs. We felt that a freshly prepared chimichurri would always taste better than a dry powder version. But after a lot of tinkering and with special freeze-dried organic ingredients, we managed to create a beautiful, aromatic mixture for an authentic chimichurri sauce that is in no way inferior to the fresh original. Our tip for convenient, quick preparation: Mix 2 level tablespoons of our chimichurri powder with 4 tablespoons of cold water or white wine. Allow to swell for a few minutes, add olive oil and mix everything well with a small whisk until the desired viscous sauce consistency is achieved. And the best thing about it is not only the great, authentic taste, but also that with our Chimichurri spice mix you can always mix as much as you need. Not only goes well with meat, but also excellent with fish or as a dip with potatoes and asparagus.
