Vera Int-Veen has a passion for good spices – that's why she insisted on visiting our Kampot farm The Pepper Hill in Cambodia. Kampot in Cambodia is THE growing area for pepper. One of the best peppers in the world is produced here, which is why real Kampot pepper is also a protected geographical indication. Great new ideas have emerged on our farm, we have freshly implemented these ideas into three fantastic Kampot originals – straight from the farm:Vera's Colorful Kampot Pepper1) Real Red Pepper – this is fully ripe pepper that tastes peppery and fruity. Not to be confused with Pink Berries! 2) Black Kampot Pepper – hand-selected and highly aromatic.3) White Kampot Pepper – The white Kampot pepper is tangy and lemony, so white pepper is hardly known. Together, the three specialties result in a firework of taste. Ideal for fresh mortar or grinding in the mill.
