Huila is a very fertile area where the Excelso beans are grown at an altitude of 1,800m above sea level. The combination of high altitude, a fresh water supply and well-defined wet and dry season is expressed with a surprisingly smooth taste palette and low acidity. Overtones of caramel and vanilla with a hint of a fruity finish at the end of every cup.
