Excelso is grown here at an altitude of 1800m where its high altitude cultivation combined with a supply of fresh water and a well-defined wet and dry season makes this pure Arabica a magnificent coffee to accompany your daily life. Unusually for a Colombian coffee, its balanced acidity and its surprising pleasant and suave length in the mouth: nuances of caramel with a hint in the final note reminiscent of grapes.
