Organic Shiitake

Fluffy chocolate brown mushroom, better known by its Asian name “shiitake”. Shii is the name of the tree (a type of chestnut from southern Japan) whose dead wood he particularly appreciates. Widely used in pharmacy for its immunostimulating properties, its cultivation dates back to the beginning of the first millennium. For our part, we use lentins of the “dongo” variety, hand-grown on oak composts.
