How about switching to the French Olive? Our Olives Olivière, grown organically by our producer Pierre in Hérault (34), are a typical variety of the region. They are prepared less than 30km from the olive groves of Pierre. These olives, with a lively green color and a very firm and crunchy flesh, are preserved in a natural brine and little salt to deliver the sweet taste and the subtle hazelnut notes of the Olivier. They are ideal to eat for the aperitif.
