Piccolo Monaco Ceramic Colander

The Piccolo Monaco Ceramic Strainer is used to filter tea leaves during the tea ceremony or during the daily preparation of your cup of tea. 
The stand is shaped like a monk with his arms outstretched, allowing the filter to be placed on the stand when not in use. 
The Chinese maxim "God rewards those who work hard" is engraved on the inside of the hat. 
The ceramic is very smooth and fine, many fine holes have been drilled at the bottom of the strainer to help eliminate residual water. 
This accessory has a pleasant shape and is very stable, made to use the two parts separately: the monk acts both as a ceremonial accessory and as a filter/hat rest to dry it after use. Filter dimensions: diameter 10cm, height 3cm Monk + hat: width 10cm, height 14cm
