This White Chocolate Covered Currant is a perfect synchrony between the natural acidity of the currant with the creamy texture of the white chocolate and currant yoghurt, accompanied by a hint of vanilla. 

Ingredients White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin), freeze-dried blackcurrant, freeze-dried blackberry yoghurt (sugar, skimmed milk yoghurt, blueberry juice concentrate, starch, natural dyes).
