The art of blending A good oil brings with it a real baggage of aromas and flavors. From nature we are stimulated to use our senses, and we are always looking for new taste opportunities that know how to meet the pleasure of consumers. This task of research and composition of flavors is an entirely "artisan" craft which is called the art of blending or blending, or putting together oils from different varieties of olives to find the perfect balance and create unique and skilful aromatic bouquets, on the nose and on the palate.
