Produced with cherry tomatoes and Roccamena almonds, capuliato has a tantalizing and pleasant smell and an appetizing flavour. After harvesting, the cherry tree is dried in the sun on special tables and subsequently sterilised. Once the final product has been selected, the almonds are toasted and everything is added to the cutter so that they are cut to the right consistency. We then proceed to filling the jars and manually filling the majority with EVO oil. Finally, pasteurization.
