"CHARACTERISTICS contains only one ingredient: our organic peeled almonds (without brown skin), without the addition of flavourings, thickeners, salt or sugar. The peeled almonds of the Filippo Cea and Genco varieties are lightly toasted and processed until a very fine and creamy paste is obtained. It has a delicate flavour. HOW TO USE IT It lends itself to sweet and savory preparations. Ideal on a single slice of bread, or even in combination with jams, yoghurt, to fill croissants, crepes, pancakes. Also excellent in the preparation of pesto and hummus, to cream vegetable-based risottos instead of butter. In the preparation of the cream, no aromas, additives, thickeners, salt or sugar are used, the possible presence of oil on the surface is an indication of the genuineness of the product.
