FEATURES organic almonds, without shell, natural, with brown skin, selected and packaged by hand. The almond varieties present in the packs are typical of Puglia: Genco and Filippo Cea. Our sweet almonds are characterized by delicate, aromatic and persistent sensory notes. The packaging of the 4kg bag is in paper. The packs (250g, 500g, 1kg) are 100% biodegradable and compostable, therefore without plastic. It is recommended to handle them with care. CONSERVATION METHODS We suggest storing the almonds in a glass container with an airtight seal. From June to August, storage in the refrigerator is recommended. Made in Puglia - Oil olives and almonds are grown in our fields in Minervino Murge, transformed and packaged in Puglia. Product with social value - We employ local labor for operations in the fields, the area in which Terradiva is located is an internal area of Puglia that has been dealing with the phenomenon of depopulation for decades. More trees, less CO2 - For years we have been converting arable land by planting new trees, since 2012 we have planted about 9000 trees including olive and almond trees. Trees help reduce the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2 ) present in the atmosphere, this reduction is positive since the accumulation of CO2 increases the greenhouse effect and the warming of the earth's climate. Furthermore, trees contribute to the prevention of hydrogeological instability by giving more structure to the soil with their roots.
