Chateau Fontvert Les Restanque Blanc is an excellent white wine that comes from the beautiful town of Lourmarin, about 30 minutes west of Aix en Provence. The well-known writer Albert Camus is buried here and Peter Mayle also lived here and wrote his Provençal adventures. The grape combination of 60% Vermentino and 40% Grenache Blanc has backbone and structure, playful lightness and floral elegance. The grapes are harvested by hand and aged in steel tanks with controlled fermentation (16°C).
