
Coming from the Piedmont region, this round and complex red wine is produced from limited yields of old vines, cultivated organically and biodynamically, between 250 and 350 m above sea level, by the Marchisio family estate. Vinification and aging: Vinification at controlled temperature, and aging for 18 months in Accacia barrels, then 6 months in bottle, give it an unforgettable imprint, with an acidic structure and a velvety evolution. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Bright garnet red color. –Nose: Aromas of black cherry, redcurrant with notes of dried fruit. –Palate: Deep and linear with supple tannins, this wine offers remarkable balance and beautiful roundness. Aging in acacia barrels gives a real aromatic complexity. Aging potential: > 10 years Recommended serving temperature: 18°C Recommended consumption: Open and air at least 1 hour before tasting.
