Gin Kitchen, Dancing Dragontail

The Dancing Dragontail is a small, unassuming butterfly native to the cardamom mountains of Cambodia and is the inspiration for the Dancing Dragontail Summer Gin. We chose a slightly fresh juniper from Kossovo as a base with a kick of aromatic green cardamom and uplifting citrus notes of pink grapefruit. Using some unusual roots adds complexity and gives the gin a sweet, warm mouthfeel. Scented lanterns rise Through a dancing citrus mist sip silk dew.
