In November 2016, The Gin Kitchen's first gin, Gutsy Monkey Winter Gin, was first sold in the two women's hometown of Dorking. What first began in Kate Gregory's kitchen has now developed into a successful distillery. The Kitchen Distillery is now based in a converted barn and now employs more than 10 people. She was awarded three silver medals for her gins at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2019.
