The original Six Saints rum is distilled from molasses and aged in ex bourbon casks for 4 to 6 years on the Caribbean Island of Grenada. For the three different secondary cask finishes – we then age the rum for an additional 6 months in Pedro Ximenez, Oloroso and Madeira casks to bring the richness of these sherry/wine flavours to the rum. These rums contain no additives such as additional sugars, flavours or colours.
