An Assam from the Mangalam Estate. A deep malted, well rounded Assam which makes the perfect breakfast cup. Processed by Crush-Tear-Curl method thus making the leaves into pellets. This method helps to produce a quick infusing strong flavour profile. 1 tsp per 200ml of boiling hot water. Steeping time: 2-3 minutes.
