The Shropshire Candle Co. was created during one of the coronavirus lockdowns in the UK after candle enthusiast, Ella, decided to create some candles for her friends and family. Ella enjoys walks in the Shropshire countryside and those walks during the tough times of Covid-19 inspired her.
The candles went down a treat and The Shropshire Candle Co. was born!
Our candles are made from soy wax, which is a vegan, eco-friendly and cruelty-free. Our candles are made in small batches and everything is done by hand to ensure that the products are of the very best quality. The 8oz candles have a 40+/- burn time and 4oz have 20+/- hours of burn time. Our products are highly fragranced to ensure your home smells wonderful when the candle is burning!
The Shropshire Candle Co. currently offer four different scents, each focusing on a different natural site around the beautiful county of Shropshire. Each of our scents have been carefully chosen, tried and tested to ensure the best burn and fragrance throw for your home.
The Shrewsbury - Sweet and floral - English Pear and Freesia Flowers
The Long Mynd - Fresh and relaxing, with a clean, cotton scented fragrance blend
The Wrekin - Pine needles, bramble berries and cedar
The Severn - Crisp marine notes with sparkling citrus, amber and patchouli
Our candles come in two different sizes : 4oz (in a metal container) and 8oz in a glass container
