Bourbon Aged 72% - Dark Chocolate with Whiskey

A pleasantly round composition of dark chocolate and bourbon. The cocoa beans mature before being processed into whiskey from old oak barrels and are finely ground after drying. What remains is fine wood, honey and fruity orange in a warm bed of chocolate. The cocoa beans come from Direct Trade with Semuliki Forest/Uganda.
