Supplied with 1.2 meter braided stainless steel wire. Response time less than four seconds. Probe temperature range -50 to 300°C. Specially designed to fit DOT or ChefAlarm thermometers, it is available in 2 probe lengths, 114mm and 305mm. Probe dimensions: - AR005620 - Ø3.5 x 114 mm, AR005621 - Ø3.5 x 305 mm.
