Bucatini "Amatriciana", ready-to-cook Italian pasta meal with seasoning - 3 servings

Bucatini Amatriciana is one of the most popular and ancient pasta meal in Italy. It was born in the middle age in the village of Amatrici, very close to Rome. It's traditionally prepared with tomato sauce and pork cheek. We included in one package everything you need to prepare this Italian recipe in just 10/12 minutes. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 12/14 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring to boil 700 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Add more water and keep cooking for a softer texture. Season to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Add optional 1 knob of butter and grated cheese before serving. SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. Serve with Pecorino cheese and black pepper. WINE PAIRING: White, light body wines.
