Risotto with Broccoli & sundried tomato, ready-to-cook Italian risotto with seasoning - 3 servings

Tiberino's risotto with broccoli is made with premium Italian rice and only natural ingredients. It does not contain any dyes, preservatives or hydrogenated fats. Just real food, made with love for you and your loved. Cooks in 16/18 minutes and serves 3. Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 16/18 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring to boil 700 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 16 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Add optional 1 knob of butter and grated cheese before serving. SUGGESTIONS: during cooking add 3 anchovies fillets in oil. Before serving add 4 diced cherry tomatoes and 40g of fried bread crumbles. WINE PAIRING: Rosè, still, medium body wines.
