Orecchiette al ragù vegano alla bolognese, pasta italiana tagliata al bronzo pronta da cuocere con condimento - 3 porzioni

Apulian Orecchiette artisanal pasta are perfect with this rich vegan Bolognese sauce. Everything you need to serve an authentic Italian pasta meal in 10/12 minutes is water, olive oil and grated cheese (if you like), everything is included in the package! Made with premium Italian pasta and 100% natural ingredients. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 12/14 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring to boil 750 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 12 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Add optional 1 knob of butter and grated cheese before serving. SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. Serve with grated Pecorino cheese and black pepper. WINE PAIRING: White medium body wines.
