"Marinara" vegan casserole with oregano tomato sauce, ready-to-cook soy pieces with seasoning - 3 servings

Tiberino's "Marinara" bowl is a great vegan meal ready in just 10 minutes: all you need is in the package. This high in proteins Italian meal is made with all natural ingredients: NO-GMO soy chunks dipped in a creamy Italian tomato sauce with garlic and oregano. Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 10/12 minutes DIRECTIONS: Bring 650 ml of water and 2 tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for about 10/12 minutes. Season to taste, drizzle with oil and serve. MICROWAVING: Pour the content of the pouch in a large bowl, add 600 ml of water and 2 tbsp oil, microwave on medium heat (750w) for about 12 min. SUGGESTIONS: Season with grated cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Serve with your favorite side dish. WINE PAIRING: red wines.
