Trofiette with Pesto Genovese, ready-to-cook Italian artisanal pasta with seasoning - 3 servings

Trofiette pasta is perfect with basil pesto Genovese made according with authentic recipe from Genova. This so tasty recipe doesn't contain cheese so it's fine for vegans too. Everything you need to prepare a delicious Italian pasta meal is included in the package. 100% natural ingredients and premium Italian pasta. Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 14/16 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring 700 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan.  Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 14 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. For a softer texture add more water and keep cooking. Season to taste, drizzle with olive oil, add optional grated cheese before serving. SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. Add some cream just before serving. WINE PAIRING: Bianco Imperiale Berlucchi, Light white wine.
