Risotto "Milano" with Saffron, ready-to-cook Italian risotto with seasoning - 3 servings

Tiberino's ready to cook risotto "Milano" is traditionally made with premium Italian rice and saffron, only two ingredients perfectly mixed for a real gourmet meal. Now you can surprise your loved and friends with an authentic Italian chef's recipe in just 16/18 minutes! Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 16/18 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring 700 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 16 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season to taste, drizzle with olive oil, stir in the saffron powder and optional 1 knob of butter and grated cheese before serving. SUGGESTIONS: add 3/4 of tsp of dark cocoa and 2 tbsp heavy cream before removing from flame. WINE PAIRING: Pinot or white, light body wines.
