DRY FOREST MIX

Made only with wild mushrooms (ceps, gray mushrooms, trumpets, chanterelles...) Leave to rehydrate with water for a few hours, drain and bring to the boil for at least 5 minutes, cook. Ideal for your sauces, soups, terrines or other puff pastry. Store in the freezer. Goods subject to desiccation.
